I’m the Founder of The Boss Lady, I am a certified Business Coach who helps women just like you scale, elevate and make more money doing what they love.
I started this business originally as Boss Lady Events; a social networking community for women just like you, whom are currently running their own small business or wish to begin doing so.
I started Boss Lady Events with the sole intention to empower, educate and inspire women to take the plunge in making their business goals go from a dream to an everyday reality.
I am familiar with that inner feeling when you know you’re meant for something MORE. I want to help those who have that same calling.
I do this through The Boss Lady which is for women in all stages of business from start-up to seasoned business owners as well as tailored educational workshops which are the perfect introduction to those in the infancy stages of business.
After the completion of a Master’s degree in Business Management and 10 years of running over seven small businesses which were followed by effective exit strategies, I understand the importance of a support network and what it takes to build a sustainable venture from the ground up.
In the year 2013, my now husband Steve and I decided to rebrand and restructure his local business; Sesame Pizza. Fast forward to 2023 we continue to run the shop today as a husband and wife duo.
Of course my experience being my own boss hasn’t always been smooth sailing. Running a business comes with its highs and its lows and I wouldn’t be where I am today without trial and error.
It is with this trial and error however that I’ve gained the knowledge I have today and am now able to share it with other small business owners to assist with them with their entrepreneurial journey.
It is my passion to help entrepreneurs like you navigate the often unpredictable world of being your own boss by showing you how to level up your business in a supportive, warm and honest environment. Your dream is my dream. Let’s make it happen!
