  • 2x Staff at all times to ensure smooth running, time management and problem solve.
  • Ensuring the 5Cs are well met and exceeded where possible - Concept, Coordination, Control, Culmination and Closeout.
  • Run down meeting after the event.
  • Sending thank you to guests and vendors (if requested).
